Seller Service Pledge

My Pledge to Sellers:

I will do the following to help you get your home sold at the highest price, in the least amount of time and with the least amount of inconvenience to you, I will:

  • Maintain impeccable communication during the term of our agreement.
  • Provide you with current data on listings and sales in the area to use in pricing your home competitively and with your goals in mind.
  • Provide you with a written marketing plan that I will implement and monitor.
  • Help you determine what repairs or enhancements should be made to your property prior to putting it on the market to help you attain the highest price possible.
  • Help you stage your home prior to showing it to prospective buyers.
  • Analyze a variety of financing options to offer to prospective buyers.
  • Furnish you with a written and itemized estimate of the proceeds you can expect from the sale of your home. Update this estimate based on a given offer.
  • Email you showing feedback and recommendations for any adjustments that might need to be made.
  • Promote your home to prospective local and out-of-town buyers.
  • Promote your home to all fellow Realtors.
  • Provide you with written progress reports of our progress, including a current market analysis of value based on sales in the area and buyer feedback. Make recommendations for any needed adjustments.
  • Review all purchase offers with you and assist you in negotiations. Once we have an agreement, we will monitor the progress of the transaction as your advocate and keep you informed until the closing.
  • Assist you in making a smooth transition to a new home or temporary housing. If you are relocating to another city, I can provide you with a highly qualified professional in that area to assist you.
  • Ask you to refer me to others seeking the assistance of professional real estate services!
