Central Gardens 4th of July Parade

1400 block of Carr Ave. between Rozelle and Willett
10 a.m., free, all ages/kid-friendly

Join in a 30-plus year tradition of celebrating America in Midtown during the Central Gardens 4th of July parade. To be considered for the costume contest (for kids, pets, or vehicles) gather at the corner of Rozelle and Carr at 9 a.m. There will be hotdogs, popcorn, sno-cones and drinks for all.
 

Southaven July 4th Fireworks Celebration*
Snowden Grove Amphitheater
9 p.m., free

Head just across the state line to Southaven, Mississippi for the annual Independence Day celebration. Guests are welcome to bring picnics and coolers.
 

Germantown Fireworks Extravaganza*
Municipal Park
5 p.m.- 10:30 p.m., free

Head out to Municipal Park for your Germantown Fourth of July experience. Starting at 5 p.m., there will be moon bounces, games, live music and food trucks. Fireworks will begin around 9 p.m.
 

Graceland’s All-American July 4th Getaway
July 4 - 7, Tickets $25 for individual concert to $500 VIP package

Fourth of July fun for all ages, featuring Elvis, rock ‘n’ roll, fireworks, BBQ, movies and NASCAR.
 

20th Annual Celebrate Your Independence Fireworks & Festival*
Olive Branch City Park
6 p.m. – 10:30 p.m., free

The annual Olive Branch Independence Day Celebration is a picnic-friendly party with fireworks at 9:15 p.m, plus live music from 7 p.m. – 9 p.m., food, vendors, and a Kids Zone. Gates open 4 p.m. Arrive early, as the park has limited capacity.
 

Hernando Independence Day Fireworks*
Hernando Civic Center
6 p.m. – 10 p.m., free, all ages/kid-friendly

Head to Hernando Civic Center ball fields with your blankets and chairs for an evening of live music and fireworks after dark.
 

Independence Day Fireworks Spectacular*
Mud Island River Park
6 p.m., all ages/kid-friendly

Mud Island River Park will host a fireworks spectacular with free kids games and rides, live music, food, drinks and activities. The festivities will begin at 6 p.m. Fireworks will begin at 9.15 p.m.. Visitors are encouraged to bring picnics.
