Memphis Library Camps
The Memphis Public Libraries are offering FREE Summer Camps again this year, at various Library branches, serving more than 250 students between the ages of 10 and 18, from June 12 – August 3. Students will learn cutting-edge skills like coding, music production, and STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, ARTS and Mathematics).

School of Rock Camp
At School of Rock Memphis, we offer 2 types of camps designed for different ages and skill levels:

Rock 101 Camp - Rock 101 Camp is designed for beginner musicians ages 8 - 12. Campers must choose a primary instrument for the week from electric guitar, electric bass, drums, keyboard, or vocals, but they do not need to have prior experience on the instrument. This camp focuses more on a fun approach to the fundamentals of rock n roll performance, and the camp does finish off with a live performance by the campers on Friday afternoon at School of Rock Memphis.

Performance Boot Camp - Performance Boot Camp is designed for intermediate to advanced musicians ages 10 - 17. Campers must have some proficiency on electric guitar, electric bass, drums, keyboard, or vocals which includes at least 6 months of lessons or training. This camp jumps straight into a more intermediate band rehearsal environment, and these kids will rehearse and perform an 8 - 12 song show on Friday evening. Our boot camp shows are off site at a real music venue in Memphis. This year's locations will be announced at camp time.

Shelby Farms Park
Want to explore one of America's biggest urban parks with new friends? Camps at Shelby Farms Park encourage kids to connect with nature through exploration, inspiration, discovery and fun! Campers will learn about wildlife, watersheds, local food systems, urban forests and about themselves thorough innovative, hands-on activities.

Art Camp at Memphis College of Art
Explore, discover, create and have fun in Memphis College of Art’s Summer Art Camp. Classes range from exploratory creative expression to rigorous investigation of design principles.

Camp Conquest
Camp Conquest is a Christ-centered, weeklong, overnight camp that encourages children and adults with special needs, chronic illnesses and disabilities to try things they never imagined possible. As they conquer activities like a 3 story lake slide, a 30’ rope swing, being covered in paint, riding a horse for the first time, canoeing on the lake, or climbing a 3 story rock climbing wall, campers build confidence that will shape how they view the rest of their lives.  It becomes more than a week of camp – it becomes a life changing experience!
