Zach and Sarah Nicholson’s popular ramen food truck has gone brick-and mortar. And later this year, Lucky Cat Ramen — which has been operating out of a temporary space in Midtown — is opening a permanent home on Broad Avenue for its ramen-heavy eatery that features bowls like the shoyu with pork bone broth and the yuzu veggie with a lemongrass-ginger vegetable broth. An ever-changing menu board lists the day’s offerings, which usually include a veggie bowl as well as pork and chicken offerings. The permanent location will serve alcohol as well as non-ramen selections like yakitori, tempura, and raw dishes.
