Dust off your lawn chair and grab your picnic baskets because it's time for Levitt Shell's Summer Concert Series. The Shell kicked off its fourteenth free concert series in May ushering in the venue’s longest season with 43 free shows into August.

The Shell is an outdoor performing arts pavilion nestled in the beautiful and expansive Overton Park - a green oasis where art and culture come together. Known as the site of Elvis Presley's first professional rock 'n' roll concert, the Shell continues to bring quality entertainment to the heart of Memphis.

FREE performances include national and international touring musicians from all over. Shows start at 7:30 p.m. so be sure to arrive early as lawn seating is on a first-come first-served basis. Feel free to pack a cooler but if you're pressed for time, concessions are available and sometime the food trucks from your favorite local restaurants are available with delicious food. Alcohol is permitted for patrons 21 years old and older.
