Creatures of the Night: Nocturnal Animals at the Germantown Library!

by Your Key to Memphis Team

Take the kids to the Germantown Library, June 27 at 2:00 PM, to see nocturnal animals brought by the Natural History Educational Company of the MidSouth for a special all ages event! Nocturnal animals are more active at night than during the day, so learning how animals use their, ears, noses, eyes, and other unique senses to survive in the dark, makes for a wonderful educational experience. The Natural History Educational Company of the MidSouth provides an appreciation for wildlife and a unique opportunity to learn about animals.

We host client appreciation parties throughout the year to show our clients how much they mean to us and thank them for being so amazing. Last night we had a mix and mingle party at Sharky’s. The appetizers and drinks were superb! It was nice to visit with friends and clients in a relaxed setting and connect with them on a personal level. Clients bonded with other clients, giving them a chance to get to know each other and discuss their real estate dealings with our team. Everyone had a wonderful time and we cannot wait until our next client appreciation event!

Overton Bark Park in Midtown!

by Your Key to Memphis Team

A much welcomed and anticipated new feature for Overton Park in Midtown Memphis is the new "Overton Bark". The Overton Park Conservancy's revitalization efforts include a feature that is sure to be enjoyed by many park visitors as well as their four-legged friends. This amazing dog park has handmade benches and dog obstacle courses made from fallen logs and shade trees. There are two gated playing sections for dogs to enter, one for large dogs and one for smaller dogs. If you or your dog get thirsty, both of you can get a drink at the same time at the green water stations, with one spout at normal fountain height and another near the ground. Take your dog to the "Overton Bark" in Midtown; you and your dog will have a wonderful time together!

It is that time of year again! This weekend, we hosed our third Movie Client Appreciation event!

This past Saturday, we invited our clients and friends to join us at the Paradiso Theater to see Madagascar 3 at an exclusive event. Everyone enjoyed popcorn and beverages during the movie!

Thanks to our clients, we collected many wonderful donations for the Mid-South Food Bank in an effort to fight hunger in the Memphis community. We would also like to give a special thanks to our door prize winner, Mitzi May who donated her $50.00 Kroger gift card prize to the Mid-South Food Bank.

We love hosting these events for our clients as a way to say “Thank You” for your continued support and referrals. We are so grateful for all of you who were able to attend, and we missed those of you who were not able to make it! We hope to see you all at our next event. Be looking for future invitations!
